Our finest grade of aged balsamic condiment from Modena, Italy is produced in the Traditional Style. It is aged for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry, and ash barrels. It pairs well with any EVOO in our collection for vinegarettes, glazes, or marinades. Try over ice cream, fresh fruit and berries. 200 mL bottle.
